Client portal terms
Effective July 2026 · Last updated July 2026
These terms govern access to the CurrentAds client reporting portal at currentads.net/login, operated by CurrentAds. They supplement the site terms of service and, for signed clients, the Master Service Agreement, which controls on conflict. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Accounts and access
Portal access is provided to active clients and authorized partner agencies for the duration of an engagement. When an engagement ends, the portal stays open in read-only form for 30 days so you can export your own history, and the closing date is shown on the page from the day the engagement ends. After that the login stops working. Your data export remains available on request either way, and there is no charge for it. You are responsible for your credentials and everything done under your login, use a strong password, don’t share logins (ask us to add seats instead), and report suspected unauthorized access to contact@currentads.net immediately.
License
CurrentAds grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the portal to view and export your own campaign data during your engagement, on the terms of the end user license agreement. The portal software, design, and analytics methods remain CurrentAds’ property.
Demo workspace
The public demo workspace contains fictional sample data for illustration only. Demo figures, spend, leads, cost per lead, ROAS, are not real client results and are not a representation of results you will achieve.
Data accuracy
Portal metrics are sourced from the advertising platforms’ reporting. Platforms may delay, correct, or restate data; the platforms’ own billing reports are the system of record for spend. The portal is provided for transparency, not as an audited financial record.
Acceptable use and availability
No credential sharing outside your organization, no accessing another client’s workspace, no security probing, no scraping beyond provided exports, no reverse engineering, no malicious code, no unlawful use. The portal is provided without an uptime SLA and may be interrupted for maintenance; the warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the terms of service (or your MSA) apply. We may suspend access for violations, security risk, or non-payment, and restore it when resolved where practicable.
