14 days free.
30 days money back.

The 30 days include the 14 free ones. It is 30 days from the day we start, not 14 plus 30. You get 14 free days and 16 paid days that are still refundable. Plain terms, no asterisk maze. This page is the whole policy.

  1. Day 1

    Work starts

Access, conversion tracking rebuilt and verified, competitor teardown, campaign architecture. The one-time $1,500 onboarding fee is charged here, and it is waived entirely at $5,000 a month and above.

  2. Days 1–14

    Free

No management fee. You are watching us build the system and verify the tracking, which is the part most agencies do after they start charging.

  3. Day 15

    First monthly fee

Billing begins at the published price for your tier. Month to month from here — cancel with notice before any renewal and the next month simply does not bill.

  4. Day 30

    Money-back window closes

Up to this day, ask and the management fee comes back — that is 16 paid days you can still recover. No forms, no exit interview, no conditions to argue about.

01

The first 14 days are free

Work starts on day one — access, conversion tracking rebuilt and verified, competitor teardown, campaign architecture — and no management fee is charged for the first 14 days. You are watching the system get built and the tracking get proved before you pay for a month of it, which is the part most agencies do after they start billing. The first monthly fee lands on day 15.

02

30 days money back, counted from day one and including the free 14

The 30 days include the 14 free ones. It is 30 days from the day we start, not 14 plus 30. Say the word before day 30 and the monthly management fee comes back in full. Because billing starts on day 15, that is 16 paid days you can still recover after you have converted — you are never in a position where you have paid and the guarantee has already lapsed.

03

You do not have to give a reason

Inside the window it is your call and we will not argue with it. There is no form, no exit interview, and no list of conditions to satisfy. We will ask what went wrong, because we would rather learn something than not, but the refund does not depend on your answer and is not delayed by it.

04

What comes back, and what does not

The refund is the monthly management fee. It does not cover the one-time onboarding fee and ad spend paid to the platforms. The onboarding fee buys the tracking rebuild, the audit, the competitor teardown and the campaign architecture — real work, delivered inside the free window, and every bit of it stays yours in your own accounts whether you continue or not. Ad spend went to Google and Meta rather than to us, so it is not ours to return and no agency can honestly say otherwise. On any package at $5,000 a month or above the onboarding fee is waived entirely, which means nothing you pay is outside the guarantee.

05

We still guarantee delivery, not results

The money back covers you if you simply do not want to continue. Separately and permanently: we do not guarantee a specific return on ad spend, revenue figure, lead volume, cost per lead, keyword ranking, map pack position or AI citation — in 30 days or ever. Nobody can, and the agencies that do are hiding carve-outs in the fine print. What we commit to is that the system gets built, launched and measured on time, and that the numbers reported to you are true.

06

How to claim

Email contact@currentads.net any time before day 30. The refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. No forms and no hoops.

07

Leaving after that

Every engagement is month to month regardless of the guarantee. Cancel with notice before your next billing date and you keep your advertising accounts, analytics properties, audiences, pixels, Google Business Profile, websites and landing pages, email and SMS lists, published content, creative, and data. There are no early termination fees, offboarding fees, or data export fees, ever.

How to start the 14 free days

  1. 1Book a call, or send the audit formTwenty to thirty minutes with a senior operator. We work out which disciplines you actually need, which sets the price — it is published, so there is nothing to negotiate and nothing to discover later.
  2. 2Kickoff, and the clock startsDay one is access and the tracking rebuild. This is the day both windows begin: the free 14 days and the 30 day money-back period.
  3. 3Decide with real numbers in front of youBilling starts on day 15. You still have 16 refundable paid days after that, so the decision is never made on a deadline.

Questions before you start? Write to contact@currentads.net, see the 90 day roadmap for exactly what the first month contains, or read how it works and what is normal — the same page clients read inside the portal, drawn from the same file.

The two fees this policy applies to, the monthly management fee and the one time onboarding fee, are set out tier by tier on the published pricing page, which is where to work out what the window is actually worth to you. And because a delivery guarantee is only as good as the evidence you get shown, how we report and how you verify it sets out which figures land in your portal and how to check each one against the platform it came from.
