Small team. Senior only.
We are a small senior team and we like it that way. We hire experienced media buyers and creative strategists occasionally, when the work genuinely needs another pair of hands. There is no open-roles board here because we will not perform one, and there is no headcount plan to quote at you: this company is early and hires when it can pay for the seat.
What we look for
The bar, stated plainly

3+ years in-platform
Real hours inside Meta or Google Ads, not adjacent to them. You have lived through platform changes, learning phase resets, and accounts that broke for no visible reason.

Has managed meaningful budgets
You have personally been responsible for spend where mistakes cost real money, and you can talk specifically about what you did with it and why.

Writes clearly
Clients read our work every week in their portal. If you cannot explain a decision in plain sentences, the decision may as well not have happened.

Wants ownership
Accounts here have one name on them: yours. You run the strategy, the budget calls, and the client conversation, and you answer for the results.
How we work
No theater, no buffer
Remote
The work is the output, not the desk. We hire wherever the right person happens to live.
Senior only
There is no junior layer to delegate to and no account manager buffer. Everyone here does the work themselves.
No bait and switch staffing
Accounts are run by the people who pitch them. If you talk to a client in a sales conversation, you are the one in their ad account afterward. That is the standard you would be joining.
You will not find a perks list or a stock team photo on this page. If free snacks are the deciding factor, we are probably not the right fit for each other.
Introduce yourself
One email, no cover letter
Email contact@currentads.net with the account wins you are proudest of and how you found them. What the account looked like when you got it, what you changed, what happened, and how you knew the numbers were real. That tells us more than any resume format ever has.
If nothing is open when you write, we will say so honestly and keep your note for when something is. We read everything that comes in.
