Web Design and Speed
Every channel lands here. Make it fast, accessible, and easy to buy from.
Web design and speed is where every other channel lands, and CurrentAds designs, builds, and maintains the site that has to convert the traffic. We design and build fast, accessible, mobile first websites, or rebuild the templates on the site you already run, then hold them to measurable standards: Core Web Vitals on real field data, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, clean semantic HTML with one H1 and correct heading order, canonical and redirect handling that does not leak authority, validated structured data, and image and font delivery that does not cost you a second of load time. Security headers, dependency updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and ongoing page builds are part of the program rather than an upsell, and the domain, hosting, CMS, and repository stay in your name.

The problem
What this looks like when it is broken
01
It looks fine and loads in six seconds
Uncompressed hero images, render blocking scripts, and four analytics tags stacked on each other. On a phone on cellular, much of the traffic you paid for leaves before the page paints.
02
It was built for a portfolio, not a business
Beautiful and impossible to update, with content locked inside images, no real heading structure, and a contact form that emails an address nobody checks anymore.
03
Accessibility was never considered
Low contrast text, no visible focus states, unlabeled inputs, and images with no alt text. That is legal exposure, and it also blocks people who were trying to buy from you.
What we do
Everything included in Web Design and Speed
Design and build
Mobile first design and front end build, or a template level rebuild of the site you already have, on a CMS your team can actually operate.
Core Web Vitals
Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint, and Cumulative Layout Shift measured on field data and fixed in the templates that cause them.
Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA
Contrast, focus order, keyboard operation, labels, alt text, and screen reader checks, with a written list of what we tested, fixed, and left outstanding.
Semantic and technical hygiene
One H1 per page, correct heading order, canonical tags, a clean redirect map, XML sitemaps, and no orphan pages left behind after a migration.
Structured data
Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Product, FAQ, and Breadcrumb markup implemented site wide and validated, not pasted once on the homepage.
Media and font delivery
Modern image formats, correct sizing and lazy loading, font subsetting and preloading, and no layout shift caused by assets arriving late.
Security and uptime
HTTPS, security headers, dependency updates, backups, and uptime monitoring with alerting that reaches a human.
Ongoing maintenance
Content updates, campaign page builds, and a monthly technical check so the site does not quietly rot between redesigns.
How it works
Four steps, in this order
01
Audit
Field performance data, an accessibility scan plus manual checks, a full crawl, a template inventory, and a list of what is actually costing you conversions.
02
Design and plan
Sitemap, wireframes, and design for the templates that matter, with the redirect map written before a single URL moves.
03
Build and test
Front end built, content migrated, and every template tested for speed, accessibility, and correct markup on real devices rather than in a simulator.
04
Launch and maintain
Launch with redirects verified and Search Console watched closely, then ongoing monitoring, updates, and new page builds as campaigns need them.

FAQ
Web Design and Speed questions
Do we have to move platforms?
No. We work in WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and custom stacks, and most of the time the fastest wins come from fixing templates and delivery on what you already run. If the platform genuinely cannot get where you need to be, we will show you the numbers behind that recommendation.
Who owns the website when we are done?
You do. The domain, the hosting account, the CMS, the repository, and the design files are all in your name. There is no proprietary page builder holding your site hostage if you leave.
How fast is fast enough?
The practical target is passing Core Web Vitals on field data for the templates that receive traffic, and paid landing pages painting comfortably under two and a half seconds on mobile. We measure on real user data rather than a single lab score screenshot.
Can you make our site accessible?
We build and remediate to WCAG 2.2 AA and document what we tested and fixed. We are not a law firm and we do not certify legal compliance, and any vendor promising that an overlay widget makes you compliant is selling something that does not work.
How long does a rebuild take?
A focused template rebuild is usually a few weeks. A full site with new design, new content, and a migration is typically six to twelve weeks, depending on page count and how quickly content and approvals move on your side.
