Local and Maps
Own the map pack, the profile, and every listing a nearby customer checks.
Local and Maps marketing is how you show up when someone nearby searches for what you sell, and CurrentAds runs the entire surface: your Google Business Profile, your position in the Google Maps local pack, Google Local Services Ads with the Google Guaranteed badge, Apple Business Connect, Bing Places, and the citation and NAP consistency work underneath all of it. We set categories, services, service areas, attributes, photos, products, and posts against real local demand, build the review flow that feeds local ranking, recover duplicate and hijacked listings, build a genuine page per location, and manage multi-location and franchise structures so every branch has a correct profile and its own tracked performance.

The problem
What this looks like when it is broken
01
You rank outside your own neighborhood
Wrong primary category, thin service coverage, and a service area drawn far wider than the profile can support. The map pack shows three competitors and you appear on page two of Maps.
02
Duplicate and hijacked listings
Old profiles from a previous owner, a franchise rollup, or an aggregator are still live. Reviews are split across them and search engines cannot tell which listing to trust.
03
Reviews arrive only by accident
There is no request flow, so reviews come almost entirely from people annoyed enough to write one. Recent review velocity is a local ranking input and yours is flat.
What we do
Everything included in Local and Maps
Google Business Profile build
Primary and secondary categories, services, attributes, description, hours, products, photos, and messaging configured and kept current, not set once and abandoned.
Map pack rank tracking
Grid based rank tracking across your service area so you can see the blocks where you win and the blocks where you vanish, instead of one citywide average.
Local Services Ads
License and insurance verification, Google Guaranteed application management, budget and lead management, and disputing invalid leads on your behalf.
Apple Business Connect and Bing Places
Claimed, verified, and populated, including Apple Maps place cards and showcases, so you exist on the maps that are not Google.
Citations and NAP consistency
Name, address, and phone reconciled across the major data aggregators and the directories that matter in your category, with duplicates suppressed or merged.
Review generation and response
A compliant request flow triggered after service, plus a written response on every review, positive and negative, without copy and paste templates.
Local landing pages
A real page per location or service area with unique content, embedded map, staff, and LocalBusiness schema, rather than a doorway page with the city name swapped.
Multi-location management
Bulk profile management, per location reporting, and a permission structure that keeps corporate, franchise, and location manager roles separate.
How it works
Four steps, in this order
01
Listing audit
Every profile you have, plus the ones you forgot about, found and documented, with duplicates, suspensions, and data conflicts listed out.
02
Claim, clean, verify
Ownership recovered, duplicates resolved, NAP made consistent across sources, and verification completed anywhere it is missing.
03
Optimize and publish
Categories and services set against real local demand, photos and posts scheduled, location pages built, and Local Services Ads launched if you qualify.
04
Track and defend
Grid rank tracking on a schedule, review flow running continuously, spam competitors reported, and profile edits monitored so nobody changes your hours but you.

FAQ
Local and Maps questions
How long until we show up in the map pack?
Profile corrections can move things within weeks, especially category and service fixes. Proximity to the searcher is a strong ranking factor that nobody can change, so gains usually appear first close to your address and expand outward as reviews, citations, and location page authority build.
Can you get us the Google Guaranteed badge?
We run the application and manage the process, including license, insurance, and background check requirements. Google makes the approval decision, and eligibility depends on your category and location, so we confirm you qualify before we promise anything.
We have multiple locations. Does each one need its own profile?
Yes. Each physical location with staffed hours needs its own verified profile, and ideally its own landing page. We manage them in bulk, keep the data consistent, and report per location so you can see which branches are winning and which need help.
Can you remove a bad review?
Only when it violates platform policy, for example spam, a conflict of interest, or content about a different business, and we file those removal requests. Legitimate negative reviews cannot be deleted, so the strategy is a good public response plus enough genuine new reviews that one bad month is not your rating.
Does NAP consistency still matter?
Yes. Search engines and AI assistants resolve conflicting business data by trusting the version they see most consistently. An old suite number sitting on forty directories is enough to create doubt about which record is real.
